The batch workflow

• Write mode (30–60 min): no editing, no mixing
• Edit mode (15–30 min): structure only
• Mix mode (30–60 min): balance + broad strokes

If you mix while writing, you interrupt the loop that generates ideas.

When it fails

If you’re blocked, shorten the batch. Ten minutes of momentum beats an hour of doubt.
